A Poem For My Mum

I am strong because of you 

I am kind because of you 

I am pretty because of you 

I am here because of you 

Whatever it is you do 

I will always we grateful for you 

You have the kindest heart I have ever known 

You are like a Queen on a golden throne 

You are always there for me 

In times of sadness and in times of glee

You are a strong woman through and through

My heart will always have room for you 

Your love is like a river 

Always flowing true 

And you are always there when I need you.
