On the 21st December, F1 Mercedes record breaker Lewis Hamilton won the prestigious BBC Sports Personality award for the 2nd time. He ousted Liverpool football club's captain Jordan Henderson and Jockey, Hollie Dollie. Hamilton broke several records over the year including the most race wins ever, beating all-time great, Michael Schumacher's record of 91. The Stevenage born 35 year-old  also equalled  Michael Schumacher's record of World Championship wins. He has also done a great deal for the black lives matter protests. He wore a t-shirt of a different black person who had been unlawfully killed by a white police officer on almost every race. Overall I think he thoroughly deserved it and is an inspirational figure in sport.
