Enjoy a fun, factual, and also fictional book.

A brief summary

John, Hal and Roger Hunt are on an expedition to the Amazon Rainforest, but first they stay in a local town where Hal bumps into the villain of the story, who he names Croc. They then fly out to an Amazonian tribe where they stay for a couple of nights. From there they hire a guide called Napo who guides them through the Amazon river, Napo was too scared to go in further because of dangerous rapids and large rocks. The Hunts kept going, they caught animals for zoos with a bunch of their own men which was successful, until some of them died. Then things get really chaotic, an evil man called Croc (remember him) starts wreaking havoc on innocent people living around the Amazon, he even destroyed a whole farm!!!

In the end Hal and Roger defeat Croc and they head back to Long Island, their home.

My Rating

Amazon adventure has everything that a book needs to hook a child’s brain, just like it does to me.  It has Mystery, Betrayal, it has the evil-man-who-loves-wreaking-havoc-on-innocent-people kind of thing.

Amazon Adventure is a great book that everyone should read.

So make sure you do!!!!!!!
