But, Gus, my love, I cannot tell you how thankful I am for our little infinity. I wouldn't trade it for the world. You gave me a forever within the numbered days, and I'm grateful.”
The Fault in Our Stars is a very heart-touching book.
It is all about a girl called Hazel is fighting cancer and (as the doctors say) with only a few years left, she feels nothing but terminal.
But when a handsome Augustus Waters appears at her Cancer Support Group, Hazel's life is about to be completely changed.
The books makes you laugh and cry at the same time, it is wise and heart-warming in a sad sort of way. It is a story of love, hope and grief and the infinite worlds in between. All the characters are very inspirational, from Hazel, who picks herself up from sadness and to Augustus, who lives life so happily even though he knows his life is very short.
I definitely recommend this book to everyone, but you might need a box of tissues. ;)
