Recipe is not for Vegans. This biscuit-like cake is based on a recipe in a magazine, but it is basically my creation. It's quite quick to make, and it will taste a bit like the Scottish desert, Tiffin. To make this, you must have a microwave, and a freezer.
Ingredients
2 big bars of Cadbury's Chocolate.
A pack of Digestive Biscuits.
1 bag of mini Marshmallows.
2 bags of mini Easter Eggs.
A wide Baking tray.
A Bowl.
A Rolling pin.
As you can see, this is a treat, and here's how to make it.
Pour your Digestive Biscuits in you bowl, the whole pack. With your rolling pin, mash up, and smash up the biscuits until you have a bowl of biscuit crums.
Next, pour your bowl of crums into your baking tray, making one layer of biscuit. On to the chocolate now, break up your chocolate into squares, and put them in a bowl. Put your bowl into a microwave, and let the microwave melt your chocolate. Take the chocolate out when nice and gooey, and melted.
Pour your melted chocolate into your tray, on top of the biscuit layer, which will make another layer, a chocolate layer. While you are pouring, make sure to sprinkle on some mini marshmallows and chocolate Easter eggs on the chocolate layer.
Next, you will put your tray in a freezer, and keep your cake in there for around 20 to 30 minutes to cool.
Once the cake has hardened, cut it up into small square slices, and enjoy eating it with friends, and family...or just gobble it up by yourself.!
