This recipe
will teach you how to make a pancake that will melt in your mouth, as soft as a
feather.
Ingredients:
100g plain
flour
2 large eggs
300ml milk
1 tbsp
sunflower or vegetable oil, plus a little extra for frying
Love (put
your love into it!)
Process:
1) Get a
bowl and put the following ingredients: plain flour, 100g; milk, 300ml; oil
(sunflower/ vegetable), 1 tablespoon; salt, a pinch.
2) Whisk
until smooth.
3) Put away
for 30 minutes. You can continue immediately –without putting it aside-
however, the results will be better when let rest.
4) Get a
frying pan over medium heat. So that the pancake doesn’t stick to the pan when
heating, butter the pan gently.
5) Cook your
pancakes for 1 minute on each side of it until it’s golden and crispy.
6) Enjoy!
What can I eat with my pancakes?
Lemon and
sugar are a well-known combination to eat with your pancake, although I
personally haven't found anything special in it. I eat my pancakes with
Nutella... it’s heaven! Sometimes, I have my pancakes with Nutella, strawberry
and blueberry... the assortment of flavours melting in my mouth is the best
sensation EVER!!! Don’t be afraid to, however, test different sides with
pancakes, because you never know when you’ve found what you like best.
