This last couple of weeks has been very busy for baby news. Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his girlfriend Carrie Symonds announced both the birth and name of their son, Elon Musk and his partner, known professionally as Grimes, announced the unusual name of their first child, and actor Rupert Grint, best known for playing Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter franchise, and his girlfriend Georgia Groome, declared the birth of their first child, only a month after publicly announcing the pregnancy.

PM Boris Johnson this week announced the happy news of the birth of his son, whom he has named Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas Johnson. Wilfred and Lawrie are the names of the grandfathers of Carrie and Boris respectively, while Nicholas pays homage to the two fantastic doctors who helped Mr Johnson through his hospital treatment for coronavirus earlier in April. He has made a full recovery and will now be balancing PM duties with parenthood.


Founder of Tesla, Elon Musk, has made the announcement that he and his partner, Canadian singer Grimes are the proud parents of a new baby boy! They, like many celebrities, have chosen an unusual name for their son. They have named him X AI A-12. It hasn’t been confirmed how the name is to be pronounced but there is a press rumour that the AI is to be pronounced ‘Ash’. Both mother and baby are doing well. To add to all the baby excitement, just a month after publicly announcing the pregnancy, Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome have released the exciting news that they are now parents! They have a lovely little girl who is yet to be named but the good news is she is doing well, as is her mother.
