Ink

There’s something that I don’t understand, So if you know put up your hand. I really don’t get it at all, Why are people made to feel so small. Not for something bad they’ve done, But for being themselves and having fun. Why are so many people judged, For how they look and who they love. Why can’t people just move on, And realise there is nothing wrong. What’s the point in judging others, Because it does more than just bother. It can make people hate their lives, Because of what other people are like. And the people who say these horrible things, With all the hatred that they bring, The things they says they will forget, While others feel trapped in a net. With all the things anyone ever said, Swirling all around their head. Constantly comparing, Barely ever sharing. All the feelings bottled up inside, Feeling like they need to hide. Can’t be who they truly are, Because they hate has gone so far. Inside their brain, it’s etched in there, It’s just so hard not to care. That’s why you need to understand, That everyone is different in this land. So before you speak, have a think, Words can last forever... just like ink.
